Those familiar with the Baba's music should know what to expect, fat bass lines, snappy pacing and ethnic ingredients all thrown into the chillum. Keeping those familiar elements aside I feel this album does break new ground in reach, production and replay value. The production is exquisite, crunchy and bubbly in all the right places. Bhang Galore (a word play on Bhang, an indian cannabis extract and Bangalore, a city in India) and Countdown to Meltdown are massive tunes, the highlights of this album.

I dig the baba's breaks/glitch/dub-stepish approach, very refreshing for all those who like their psybient more danceable. Perverting Mankind is the breath of fresh incense smoke needed this summer.

Highly Recommended!

I'm really diging this album! I have to disagree with the reviewer below about the music, I find it more psychedelic and less reliant on dub. Sure there are a couple of great psy-dub tracks here, but I feel he's kicked the tempo up a bit. Into some kinda weird psy-D.M. thing.(if such a genre exists) which goes to show the music boundrys being pushed here. Superbly produced, just like everything else I've heard from him. Only progressed. I can't wait for more.

Wonderfull album! Powerfull bass, nice melodies. Some oriental influence. While it is chillout, you will not sleep listening to it!

This album is almost too solid! Highly recommended to dub-lovers everywhere. Prepare yourself for a calm, cool, and collected psychedelic voyage. Happy listening! =]

Another mind blowing album from beloved producer in dub scene , Slackbaba is out here !
On the very first seconds listening this album, I realized that it was something very new and beautiful.
I liked And The Beat Goes Om very much and I had some doubts before listening new album, as known many artists have spoiled their sound. But Slackbaba did it on the contrary ! This is something totally new word in dub. The album is made according the best modern tendentions on electric scene.

Go Om Slackbaba !
