The sound of 97 & 98 was Sash. Luckily Slacker blew that away with some very progressive rhythmic rolling basslines, along side some soundscape creations filtered with sample grabs from movies. This also features the female chant from GTO - Pure. Now, I dont know whether GTO themselves used the chant from elsewhere.

Psychout Thing has been one of my favorite tracks since it's release. The funky driving beat pleases almost all audiences & get's them dancing. The sample (sounds like Eddie Murphy) is amazingly integrated into the track & adds depth to this mix. I enjoy the other mixes as well, but neither compare to Psychout Thing.
