These tracks are truly amazing...
After you hear the wonder of "The Voyage" with Pharoah Sanders on sax duty --playing his heart out as ever-- you then have the second wonder of "Into The Sun" featuring Bembe Segue on vocals, scatting along shadowing under the lead sax. Wow.
Mix in the permanant band members --I rate Hajime Yoshizawa on piano, every time-- and are we REALLY being spoilt here; yes we certainly are !
Both tracks also work well when the people hear it; a la CLUB stylee !
(...foot-shuffle time, you jazz dancers out there)
Also a small footnote.
If you need repeated plays of this (DJ's, for example) then you really want the BLACK vinyl edition. BUT...
For the home listener, I would go for the YELLOW vinyl edition (released around June 2005) which is the same as the black one, just more collectable I suppose. Of course it just has that drawback that most coloured vinyl has; the sound quality is not as good & it wears quicker on many repeated plays. Still yumee to have though !!
Anywayzzzzz... collectors may just have to splash out on both, won't we, cause after you hear it REPEAT plays will be the order of the day (week...month...year...lifetime...)

Niceness, pure & simple.
