This is a great mellow no nonsense 80's electronic song with its superb electric kick drum, saxaphone and soft vocals. Nothing obscure or alternative, just an great semi-underground track which flows along perfectly without going over the top or trying to be too different. A must for the 80's synthetic synth pop collector, you wont be dissapointed.
I remember hearing this gem at about 4 in the morning back in 1983 on KROQ and being blown away by it on first listening (I still own that cassette where I recorded it live of the air that fateful morning! :) I quickly went out and bought the 12" with my allowance. It took me years to find the 7" version! Btw, a very nice video too if you're lucky enough to see it!
