Solarity - Terminal 6

One of the biggest hits to come out on Anjunadeep in a long time, ‘Terminal 6’ is massive in every sense of the word. Building energy and suspense in classic trance style over the first three minutes, even such an elongated build-up cannot prepare you for the hyperdistorted, tidal wave of a bassline that follows. Factor in some bright and uplifting melodies and you have a real crowd-pleaser on your hands; Above & Beyond have been spinning this one as a real ‘statement of intent’ set opener recently and it’s not difficult to understand why.

Jaytech’s gently grooving remix makes for a refreshing alternative to the heavy-duty original, whilst Incognet’s rework sits somewhere in between its predecessors in terms of style with its easy pace and re-incorporation of elements of the original’s searing bassline. That said, it is the Original Mix that marks this release out, so plug in, play and watch the floor go off!
