This is pro deep house that still holds up in the midst of the trend. I'm actually not fond of the Roland Clark track, though; he always sounds like he's infatuated with the sound of his own voice. Everything else is solid.
A really mature update from Soulphiction, he shows us here how deep he can go! All materials present on this record sounds very simple and charming but is indeed very complex and multilayered. The 110 to 120 bpm's are rarely explored enough to really reveal how much the time=groove formula is effective... A sincerely beautiful album, one of my favorite actual deep house release.
