Aside from championed works by the legendary Zoviet France, this is by far and away one of the best, most essential ambient records of all time. Yes, Eno presides over this land with golden scepter in hand, but Stars Of The Lid have indeed made a masterpiece which has yet to be equalled in their now decade-long career. Totally brilliant!
