Sunjammer - You

It's not often you get records like this, where each track is different, interesting and original. It's difficult to do it justice but there really is a track for all occasions here.

Hardcore wise, there's the industrial "No Passion, No Mercy", his extra-crunchy remix of Nasenbluten's "Aim at the Brain", and my favourite, Everything, which features oldskool speedcore beats edited into interesting rhythms, with beautiful cut up strings over the top to great effect.

There's also "No Regard For Nothing", a bit of dancefloor friendly amen breakcore which still manages to sound different, and "Type-A-Negative", which is broken hardcore with a sort of rolling groove, and sounds like not much else i've heard.

And to round the record off, "I Understand Now", which is a lovely, slightly melancholy orchestral piece, perfect for starting a set.

All in this is a fantastic EP from a criminally overlooked producer. If you like hard music at all you need this!
