Although this release is certainly one of the weakest releases from the legendary TIP Records, this album is a must hear for its originality. The Dutch producer Synchro provides us a 75 minute ride with a blend of minimal psy-trance fused with some wicked breaks. Highly recommended when you are bored and want to “break” the flow from a 4/4 trip to more stripped down and intelligent psychedelic trance with a twist.
Breakbeat-Goa Trance had a brief highlight after the end of the so called “golden-era” some time between 1997 and 1998. If you liked this album check out also the album “The Third State” by Digitalis on the Matsuri imprint.
