The version of V.T.O.L. on this release is not the "Full length version". It fades in at the first "Jesus Christ [...]" sample and is about 8 minutes long.

Side A has a message etched in the lead-out reading "G. EDGAR B ... UGLIEST GURNER ALIVE!"

The promo version of this release bears the name "Technossomy EP".

V.T.O.L. leaves you breathelss, is so intense, so acidic, so incredily full of lines and synths that really stands out of and makes you want for more. Side B starts with that magical atmosphere that Technossomy got us used to, and keep us waiting for more. The sample also fits, i wonder if it was the voice of one of the duo. The track is less impressive then the A side but surely worth a listen and to be insered into a set. Great EP

V.T.O.L is incredible. Originally around 12 minutes long, this track has two different basslines. One is very soft and almost no bass, the other however is incredibly deep and throbbing. They alternate between them sharing a few minutes each each time. On this vinyl the track is edited to around 8 minutes but it has appeared in it's full length version on some CD compilations.

The b-side is a 1997 version of another Technossomy classic released originally in 1994. The original was one of the first Goa tracks I heard. I like this remix too.

Still V.T.O.L remains one of my favourite tracks ever!
