An excellent release which explores two different soundscapes. The Higher Than High remix is an interesting Basement Boys re-work, hypnotic and rather midtempo, but the most valuable stuff lies on the A-side : Cookie Crumbles, sung by a very Bobby-Brown-sounding Tony, and produced by Dave "Scritti Politi" Gamson in the vein of his classic "Boom! There She Was". Scritti Politti meets babyface-ish new-jack : a powerful mix which should delight every late 80's "urban" music lover.
