Minus is a very good label, but i have to admit that in a typical Minus release you will find tracks ranging from interesting to amazing, which of course is good, but not EXCELLENT. Now to my point: in this release, ALL the tracks are AMAZING. And this makes it an EXCELLENT release. Tractile have combined funky with dark and banging with trippy, keeping it pretty minimal (compared to most electronic music out there). Simply fantastic!

"Dynam" is the reason to buy this. I wish it would have gotten a whole side to itself for the best possible pressing quality. The bassline is boogie-licious. "Dynam" is all about the bassline. Screw the part-a / part-b / part-a + part-b formula. This is all part-a. All bassline. The bassline is so good, that's all this track needs. Obviously. The whole track is built on it. THE BASSLINE!!! I'm sure the other tracks are ok too, but i haven't taken the time to go back and listen to them again. 'Cause you know: "DYNAM"!!! This is definitely a great example of a simple sound/hook totally squashing the need for fancy composition. I bet this was sequenced in just one day.
I'm listening to "Dynam" right now and the bassline is Oizo-ing all over my ass. Totally great stuff here. Just buy this you freaks.
