Notes

BRINGING DYNAMICS BACK TO THE MUSIC!
This album will be remembered as the first trance album that has not been mastered with loudness as its top priority. Everybody likes loud music, but there are other alternatives besides squashing the song. For example, the volume knob…Filtering out all the bass frequencies for the sake of more level does not make music sound harder or more bad-ass. Dynamics is what creates excitement and impact. Volume DOES NOT create impact. This is what introduces the notion of fatigue. Nowadays recordings are 'fatiguing' and you cannot listen to more than 3 tracks on headphones without being obliged to turn everything off. This is what we are trying to avoid with this new album.

For any oldschool goaheads that thinks this is interesting because of the tracks being classics; just know that these are all remakes/remixes of the old tracks, and not the original classics (Trashish, Land of Freedom, Rezwalker and Cycles of Life).

Don't buy it on the strength of those old tracks alone, do listen to samples before you buy.
I don't care much for the newschool full on and this was a big disappointment to me. But if that suits your taste, YMMV.
