This is the first single to be released from their debut "Neither Work Nor Leisure" long player. The original is a beautiful downtempo moment, with lush strings, computerised sax and innocent keys. Reset get the job of remixing it, and remarkably turn it into a smooth house glider, using matter of fact keys, raw synth and cooling guitar. Oh, and for those who don't like the vocal, they've also gone and done a Reset dub, where strings become incredibly emotive, and a timeless feel is invoked.
An essential Modern Deep House record in the form of The Reset Mix which is, in a word, awesome. The popular mix adds a much needed ''hook'' to the original and makes better use of the stunning vocals than the album edit, too. This one has had spins from a wide range of highly successful DJs including the big name Deep Dish boys. Definatley worth a look if you want some modern Deep House.
