Energy is the best way to describe this 6 track record from the Ultradyne collective. Rugged, tough and heavy; I love it all. Their sound is indeed Evil..

Cities in Ruin is the track that gets things started on this record. It's a no nonsense track, a dancefloorkiller without a doubt. Radar Blip is just a tremendous track with a great beat and spacey blips, one of my alltime Ultradyne favourites. Fade Out is a nice composition, very friendly sounding, not very special it's rather short.
The B side starts with Ultradyne Is Evil. This track is all over the place, great overwhelming electro with an extreme edge to it. Next up is Stratosphere, a beautiful harmonic electro track, it is obvious that Drexciyan influences can be heard in this one. Great track indeed. The very last track is Remote Control. Again a very energetic track with a tough beat and rugged electronic sounds to produce a great electro killer track.

This record is a must have for every Ultradyne or Detroit electro fanatic out there.

More heavily delayed, electro mayhem from Ultradyne with some decidedly dark and twisted synth work in evidence throughout. All the tracks have a distinctly live feel.

Repeating vocoded laughter on the title track leaves no doubt that they are indeed evil! Similarly Cities in Ruin, Remote Control, Radar Blip exhude a malevelont energy all of their own.

Stratosphere is the lightest of the cuts showing the groups deft touch with electronic harmonics whilst retaining the dark brooding feel throughout this ep.

An excellent value six track ep with more innovation and energy than some artists manage in their whole career.
