swk24 said it all- it's like nothing else I own, either. It's feel good music but without the slightest sense of puffery, fakery or excess. Lazy acid lines blend effortlessly with cello, reverbed harmonica or vocal samples.... If I'm with a large and diverse group of friends I can drop this and almost everyone will like it. It's chill and unobstrusive yet engaging- one of my favorites.

It took a few listens to get past the quirkiness of it all, but this is fantastic, flavorful, and really heartfelt music. Something like pop meets folk meets reggae meets squibbly early 90's house, all mixed together with a touch that seems effortless. Hard to believe when you first hear it, but every track, if given a few listens, will get under your skin and stay there. Like nothing else I own.

Oh the heady days of 1991/92 working in a record shop in Sheffield UK and putting this peice of musical genius on the system after selling Hardcore for 3 hours solid on a Saturday morning.....Oh why did'nt I buy this LP on CD back then??
