This is essentially OOOD but with Tim Healy.
Unconscious Colective has that OOOD sound but there's less light to it. It was darker, more complicated. This single was hailed as a Flying Rhino classic.
One of the purveyors of OOOD studied elctrcal engineering, and invented a filter envelope machine caled 'The Mutator', and they surely must have used it in the production of this single. It also gives away their other side project, 'Rotatum', which is Mutator backwards.
