Rez a pscychedelic trance track? Hahahaha that is a absolutely cracking joke.
There is a difference between dub and trance. Agreed it's a somewhat fine line. The difference is notable in the productiontechnique. Underworld [re-]dubbed some of the channels in the mix (and added sounds). Psy-neo-trance is about crescendo, snare-rolls, wahey, cheap sex and (anti-)climaxes. This track is closer to house.
Rez is valued as one of the best tracks of Underworld by the public. And that's with a reason. For one Rez is inbetween over- and underground. Other then that the composition should be felt live or on the dancefloor.

Don't say it too loudly, but 'Rez' is actually actually a psycadelic trance track. That is certainly nothing to be ashamed of and certainly those in that particular scene should regurlarly give 'Rez' a listen to see how it should be done.
