Superb piece of trance ! Yes, the sneakers mix is the one to head for although the angeles mix is worthy of its inclusion also. Flammable was such a consistent label with back to back releases of pure quality in 1999.
I must say if you like 'Heretic voices' it is a must you track down the original versions on hotside records from 1994, this is the version featured on oakenfolds GOA mix. It is difficult to track down ( blue vinyl ) but well worth it, even more driving and hypnotic`! The b side is awaesome also.
I actually have a mispressed version on the flammable label with an unknown b2 remix ? 3 mixes in total, any ideas ?
"The Sneakers Mix" is one of my very special favourites of the mid-90-Trance tunes. This one sounds so simple and clear, but still so wonderful and positive. Sounds like Binary Finary, Gouryella, PvD, Robert Miles and all the other big Trance acts around 1996-2000 copied only from this very track. A real insider's tip, believe me - though Oakie and DJ Dag hammered that tune from 1994 till the late nineties. The flipside is more comtemporary 1994-UK-Trance, but still not a bad tune, though pale beside the Sneakers Remix.
