This is a very strong mix from the first track, it captures Mr Hall's stunning record selection beautifully. Several of the tracks on this mix are amazing and i still to this day have no idea what they are. Some tracks are quite obviously classics from Kraftwerk : Numbers-Computer Love to MMM : Donna. This is no amature slap and tickle mix, its a taster of Rob's finest and favorite tunes, all mixed live and the tension shows! Theres a mistake in the middle but somehow it just proves that no ones perfect. Indeed it is not typical Gescom, its more the influences of Gescom mixed by the top Skam DJ. Genius

If you’re looking for some more exclusive or unreleased Gescom material DO NOT buy this CD, this is a far cry from his contributions to the EPs on SKAM. It seems like very dated material, like something you would have heard on Warp Records ten years ago. That isn’t necessarily a bad thing but it’s annoyingly similar to the N.M.B. Allstars on SKAM’s off shoot record label 33. Doesn’t help much that the songs just drag on and on until you are seconds away from hitting that fast forward button on your stereo to change to a new track. This release seems a bit scarce too, what a good thing.
