One of the first disks which I have. And at that point in time, as I remember, I have been very surprised and pleased that unmixed tracks can be got on CD! And it was very good tracks! Now I can already tell that was especially remembered «Sunshine Hotel». In general all tracks are impregnated by spirit 90х, a cheerful rhythm, and ease. The most popular actors at that point in time are collected in this compilation. From them I allocate DJ Antoine, Olav Basoski, Groovemaster K., 88 Keys, Jamie Lewis.
Globally, this compilation is very unequal. The highlights: DJ 88 Keys samples "It's Time To Party Now" by Ray Parker Jr on the amazing filtered cut up "Everybody Up". "Midnight Groove" by Sam Onervas is a pumpin' House track with a vibe similar to Soul Grabber, Thomas Bangalter (think "Trax On The Rocks", Daft Punk's "Homework" period). The duo Groovemaster K. & 88 Keys succeeds in giving a new life to Gene Chandler's "When You're Number One". The accelerated samples sounds like a woman is singing.
The other tracks are not very interesting in general. They do not compete of originality. "P.L.A.Y.", by Dub Brice, is like a cheap cover of "Funkytown" by Lipps Inc. DJ Antoine's "Visit Me" use that damn "Robin S." synth, used on so many dance productions of the 90's. "Got To Dance Disco" by House Of Glass use the same sample that Fafa Monteco used on his single "Good Time". Both tracks were made the same year, but Monteco's rendition is far better. "Give Me Your Love" by Fun Cool Feat. Eddy J, is nothing else than a vocal commercial copy of "Right On Time" by Syndicate Of Law, very popular at the same period of time it was released.
