One of the leading members of the Reprazentz Krew/ Full Cycle posse, Suv has, up to this point been content to remain in the background, perfecting his studio technique and bringing his unique style to the decks. A self proclaimed devotee of Dub, he also has been greatly influenced by everyone from Gary Numan and David Bowie (he was a closet Mod for a while), to a more recent love for Latin rhythms and beats. Being unique and standing out amongst a crew of musical heavyweights (Roni Size, Krust, DJ Die) isn’t always easy, but Suv has continued his drive to bring his own unique flavor to the table. This disc takes things in a decidedly more musical and organic direction, layering tracks from some of the scenes big players: J. Majik, Smith & Mighty and Total Science with a long list of unreleased and exclusive material. With an abundance of percussive, jazzy elements, ragga snippets and Latin flavor, this disc is aimed at a diverse audience and should please those new to Drum & Bass and seasoned veterans alike.
