Reviews & Discussion

Rated 5/5

Yes! The grisly treats on offer here are interesting and varied enough to have corpses and cannibals of all persuasions getting down to the gut-munching sound. It’s great to hear these soundtracks being given the treatment and respect they deserve from some of the best contemporary electro producers. The eye-catching cover art is taken from the cult video game Metal Slug 2.
Feast upon your neighbours if they tell you to turn it down!

This is a must-have LP. Every single track is a real masterpiece.
All tracks take their inspiration from old horror soundtracks (mostly Italian) and shape them into a disco nouveau kind of sound.
You have on this release a lot of quite well known artists (Orgue Electronique, It & My Computer / Le Syndicat Electronique, Porn.Darsteller, Bangkok Impact, Legowelt, Solenoid) but also some very promising newcomers that we will have to keep an eye on them ;)
