Notes

The material on this cassette is culled from the first three "Pleasantly Surprised" releases which were -

PS001 - "An Hour of Eloquent Sounds"
PS002 - "The Angels Are Coming"
PS003 - "The State of Affairs"

The reasons for this release are twofold, firstly to supply a demand for the above mentioned cassettes. We felt that to re-release all three would not only be rather costly but also rather unfair, why? Well a lot of the material on said cassettes has since emerged on vinyl and also we gather that they are now quite collectable, so from our constant onslaught of mail we have pieced together the most appreciated moments, and what we consider to be highlights, and secondly - to simply celebrate 3 years of existence.

Track A4 recorded very live - Paris 12/5/83
Track B1 recorded live at the Venue London 19/1/83
Track B2, remixed version - recorded Sept, '83
