This LP kinda sums up a lot of the UK techno scene at the time for me. The cover is a bit naff and the pressing isn't marvelous but you simply cannot argue with the tunes on here.
Some of the finest moments of techno / industrial that were about at the time. Some of the musical ideas on here can be heard echoing on through a decade of records that followed them.

Killer.

This is the first in a series of compilations released by the classic Eurobeat 2000 club night, run by Frankie D. This was one of London's finest Techno nights throughout the 90's and was held at clubs such as Turnmills, EC1 and Gossips. The tracks were chosen for the compilations by the resident DJ's as they were particularly memorable dance floor fillers. The logo on the front of the sleeve is the club's logo as found on their flyers.

Kind of a silly name and album cover, but really a killer collection of tunes. First rate!
