Reviews & Discussion

Both cds have hidden track "zeros." Stick it in your player and when you press play, you'll hear it move to track one. Seek (not scan) backwards as soon as it starts. Rewind about six minutes. And the hidden track on disc one is: Rhythim is Rhythim - It Is What It Is. One disc two it's Joey Beltram - Energy Flash. In each case it's the same as track one.

Why they would do this, I don't know. But they're definitely there on the regular release.

Interestingly, both cds also contain a computer program that when run will play on-screen animations in time to the music. This however was designed for MSDOS and will be noticed by many people now on modern operating systems.

This compelation and Flux Trax 2 taught me a lot about Acid House and Techno in its early years. Also it should be noted that the tracks on this are unmixed.
