This was the compilation that began to move away from the Hard Trance sound of the rest of the series. Although it does have some familiar sounds, a greater Trance and Tech Trance influence was brought in by John Ferris and Jason Midro. Riley & Durrant’s ‘Candesco’, Mike Robbins’ ‘Are You A Freak’, G&M Project’s ‘Sunday Afternoon (M.O.R.P.H. Remix)’ and are stand outs, along with the vibrant Techno of Land Between Grooves’s ‘Electricity (Safe Party Mix)’ and Hard Trance power of Observer vs. DJ Spacecase’s ‘Strope’. Easily the best volume of the series, Breakbeat and Techno are also evident through out the mixes, with Midro’s disk really standing out.
