Paris By Night is an incredible track (and recently pimped by James Lavelle, so you know its gonna be good). Midnight acid, with some heavily filtered synths. Worth it for this track alone.
Bangalter does an absolutely incredible job with this soundtrack in conveying the starkly contrasting emotions and realities portrayed in the film "Irreversible," which is a must see as well.
Also, the track "Night Beats" is a great bridge track to bring a DJ set from more downtempo stuff to fast driving house. James Lavelle used this track on his "Global Underground: Barcelona" CD to do just that. It sounds great slowed down, and can be pitched up at least 20% and still sound good.
