On 15 October 2004 the Kniteforce organisation marked their 12th birthday with an event called "Knitefever" at Electrowerkz in London, hosted in conjunction with rave promoters Elation. The pre-purchase ticket, available from the label's website, was the empty CD sleeve. Luna-C then presented the CD on arrival at the club.
