The first track on here, But Momma from Fila Brazillia should be the role model for all downtempo beats, but sadly the voice speaking at the beginning makes you just want to skip to the next track, right off the get go. I personally love the older Fila Brazillia tunes, so it saddens me to see a great track ruined by a sound clip that was added for effect.
Overall, a great compilation hurt by some weird voice samples.
