Seba is a major producer on the history of Drum n' Bass that was behind at least three of the most amazing tunes of the genre: "Planetary Funky Alert", "So Long" and "Universal Music", the two last ones made with his friend Staffan Soderman A.K.A. Lotek (you definitely cannot miss the opportunity to acquire them if you have the chance).

This hi-quality compilation "Logical Progression Level 2" was the first occasion where "Universal Language" from Seba & Lotek was released (1997). Among several aesthetic synth pads (some of them overlapped, other oscillating), there is a very elegant percussion, notes & strings in dub creating an intense, futuristic and unique atmosphere; you literally find yourself drownin' in the deepness and barely can understand the female whisperings saying "Universal... Music!", "Respect... People!", "Universal... Music!", a sort of anthem of that concept - which makes us think that, for Seba & Lotek, it's not only about 'producing', it goes further, something like the sensation of creating pieces of art for each music they make.

The mixing is tight too, I've always felt Blame has always been underrated both as a DJ and producer - just check that back-catalogue of his...
