CD a of this Good Looking records album is one of the finest selection of atmospheric drum & bass. Such as Danny Song by PFM, Links by Chameleon (with the classic Ferris Bueller's sample) or the Conrad remix of PFM's Western amoung others. But personaly the Progression Session 001 CD is a better mix imo.

Contains more great tunes than you could shake a stick at.

Essential greatness.

One of the defining lps of the drum'n'bass era. The follow up wasn't as good but still has some awesome tracks and the mix cd is excellent.

it's a good mix of drum n bass tunes, from the very beginnings of "demon's theme" (91) (before it was even CALLED drum n bass) to the more recent innovations of the time it was released (96).

note, the tune "pharaoh" by photek is actually called "rings around saturn" and was mis-labelled as it contains a sample from "astral travelling" by "pharaoh saunders".

voitek and xybot speak nothing but the truth - this is probably the defining mix of the mellow-end of drum n bass if ever there was one. bukem hits you with track after track of sumptuous, expert-picked grooves that simply do not get boring. the whole thing is interwoven with deep lysergic connotations that are a joy to listen to. Much Recommended!

this is it for me.....after 20 years listening to electronic music I have yet to go past this one. my number one record of all time. the best mix of atmospheric drum and bass. fantastic flow and metamorphosis. this proves what a Dj can really do to a collection of already great tracks. I never tire of this bent or straight it is a must have CD
