Someone who appreciates the dark and groovy sound of early New York house might find this compilation quite intriguing (especially the fact that Masters At Work are in no way involved in this release). The sound is deep and sexy with some outstanding vocal performances, which are more noteworthy than the title and the concept of this release. This and the rest of the 'Moove Your Body' compilations are some of the finest house music released by Tribal America on CD.

Much of the releases on Tribal I love...but this is the exception. Boring, unimaginative, and dull are the words that best describe the tracks on this release. Just an uninspired waste of the plastic it is recorded on. The whole concept is off to...I mean what does a cow have to do with house music? (Moo)ve your body, how clever, Oh I get it ha ha (errr ummm)... whatever!
