This in not really a DJ mix. There is no beat-matching and tracks don't run together in any way except occasionally some residual ambience as the next track starts.

Many of these artists have appeared on Planet Dog compilations under other aliases. You could think of this as number 3.5 in the excellent 'Feed Your Head' series. As such, it's another great set of dubby global chill.

Some standout tracks are 'Tiamat Part 3' from Sexyrubbersole, an echo-heavy spacey dub that kicks in a nice live bass solo. 'Inevitable Peace' by Flytronix and Shere Khan, Kamenyetski's 'How Bazaar', and Future Engineers' 'Prism' all add a chill drum and bass flavor to the set.

The 'Smells Like Salvation' mix of Banco De Gaia's 'Touching The Void' is among Banco's most essential tracks. A haunting, nearly silent intro with a child's voice, 'I wish... I wish it could be summer forever' fades to Pink Floyd-ish ambience then building to a chilling more choral sound than the version found on 'The Magical Sounds Of Banco De Gaia'. Beautiful.
