"Through The Galaxies" is the jam. Perfect blend of soul, space, and groove.

"Impressed To Dress" is truly amazing. That ending just sets it off.

High quality EP on Monty Luke's super fresh Black Catalogue label, all tracks are winners : Artie Strongman on the downtempo sci-fi business, Fhloston Paradigm (aka King Britt) goes more adventurously electronics than ever in his 20 years career (for good), then DJ Spider as Kuru brings his darker touch, altogether deep, nocturnal and brain-eating (his releases since 2010 have been mostly spot-on anyways), Carter Bros go melodic anthemic emotional 'progressive' techno but remain on the safe side of cheese, and then my personal fave would be the boss himself, Monty Luke, who with "Through The Galaxies" shows precisely why he's one of the hottest names to watch on the current Detroit scene : this song sounds like the latest update of the long history of electronic spoken-word space-funk classics, starting with Parliament/Funkadelic's weird moments and going through early electro and especially Juan Atkins' seminal works on the electro (Cybotron) or more techno (Model 500) side of things : psychedelic, mind-bending and above all super ass-shaking material here.
"Through The Galaxies was later released as a proper single with quality remixes too.
