C'mon, fans of Richie Hawtin! No comments? For shame! This is a great release that I think came through the 'probing' fingers of The Plastikman himself. I like this one a wee bit better than Mission 1, and that's largely due to the track Three - O - Three. This is a great bangin' track that thumps out a system when turned up loud. The other tracks are strong too, but not as definitive. My opinions on this are not as strong as on my many others in my collection, but for those who like to chronicle the development of techno, this is a good link to your system. It represents new directions in techno and very experimental ones for the time it was released. If only I knew techno would be in remission a few years later, I would have suggested the name "Remission 2" for a later release. Richie sure got weird later on with his "Minus" project. This is Richie when he was still on top. Check it and see... Before you chastise me for insinuating Richie wrote and produced these, I know he didn't, but he was definitely involved!
