This compilation holds also couple of progressive house tunes of the era - perhaps not the most famous or best selling, but good club tracks. I'm talking about "Transamerican" by Sublime and "Who's No. 1" by Dig The New Breed: these two tracks might not be categorized as "Progressive House" today, but at the time they were both quite different from typical house track, taking their influences from harder styles of dance music like Techno, Breakbeat and Acid.

There's also almost forgotten gem on this record: Apogee's "Inside Above", by Dan Curtin. At the time of the release Mr. Curtin was quite unknown producer, having only been producing for about year. "Inside Above" is quite slamming acid-techno track with Curtin's distinctive style of producing: he built his tracks to be songs, still keeping things repetitive enough to not sound like a pop song.
