Reviews & Discussion

This is my all time favourite video. I acquired a copy in 1989. It was 'borrowed'/stolen from me in 1994. Ever since, I have been desperately trying to get a replacement copy, so far to no avail. Personally, I'm amazed that it hasn't been re-released by Rephlex on DVD, along with the vinyl re-releases "Eurotechno" by Stakker and "Humanoid Sessions 84-88". Along with the video for 'Stakker Humanoid', this is one of the pioneering classics of music video and any electronica fan should consider their collection incomplete without it.

"Get it on & get with it". This video mix was made by Glenn Gunner & graphics by STAKKER (later Futur Sound Of London). The amazing soundtrack is considered as an ACID-HOUSE MASTERPIECE. The psychedelic visuals (no fractals)used later in 1989 for the "Euro Techno Video" by Stakker). the soundtrack starts with a coupled version of 2 similar classics : Farley Jackmaster Funk - Give Yourself To Me (1986 Trax) & Master C&J - When You hold Me (1986 Trax). Classics tunes like "Oochy Koochy" & "Crashin" by Baby Ford are included . also features reworked versions of "Acid Over" by Tyree (1987 Underground), "Can You Party" by Royal House , or "rock litterally transcends the music. In 1988 , these typical brain bending technicolor graphics were totally new (also this party right" by Cool House.
i can also mention this project features unreleased Acid tracks from 1988. i only regret it never been released on 12".
