If you can look past the cheap-looking cover art and the sensational title, and if you ignore the second CD, you're left with an excellent compilation of mostly laid-back, down-tempo songs that lie somewhere between pop and electronic music. I've already listened to it countless times.

I start with the bad news, which in this case is CD 2. I hardly ever listen to that one, probably because it kicks off with that annoying "Eple" song. Other than with CD 1, the tracks here are definitely more electronic than pop. Still, it's not nearly as good as...

CD 1: It's not so much the mixing that makes this CD great (transitions between songs are unspectacular and very brief, which is actually a good thing here), but there are just so many excellent songs. There's probably not a single one that I don't like, but quite a few are simply outstanding, e.g. tracks #20 by The Belles, #18 by Paul Jackson & Steve Smith, #17 by Mr Natural, #14 by the Sneaker Pimps, #9 by Groove Armada, #8 by Kinobe, #6 by Badly Drawn Boy, and #3 by Aqualung. The CD is definitely at its best towards the end. Enjoy!
