2 CD's of your regular goa pounding. As is the issue with the genre in general, this compilation is at times an irritating display of heavy lack of innovativity and the same trivial, cheesy ideas and solutions that the majority of tracks throughout the two CD's are built upon. The culprits here are Hypnotic Records from Denmark, who are to blame for 14 tracks of the 21 in total.
Volumes 2 and 3 in the series proved to be even more dreadful; here, CD1 at least has two splendid psy/goa bleeders in a row to show for: X-Dream's The Second Room (A-Trip) and Kuro's Plastomer 1''. However, as there are thousands of far better goa compilations out there, this one is a definite no-no.

In my opinion, this is the best low-price Goa-Mix CD you can get. A brillant selection of great artist with their best trax. Starting with psychedelic Sunflower, including MFG Colorbox and Bypass Unit. A great psychoactive Mindtrip. The best issue of the ´World of Goa-Trance´- series!
