The sleeve has logos for some company called West, Nasza TV and Warp 4 Energy Drink.
The title of the last track is just written as "As A Child..." on the sleeve, below is its full original title.

The first track is a data track, listed below are just the audio tracks. The data track contains a demo version of the Rebirth music software and a movie clip with 3d graphics and a polish voice-over. It appears to be advertising some Myst-esque computer game called REAH.
All tracks are licensed from Blue Room Released.

The same mix of the same tracks appeared on another Blue Room sampler called Play Loud sold with Wax magazine but without the software.
