It may have began in Africa for the Chemical Bros, but it began on this EP as "The Cat" by System Exclusive, and I think that this is by far the better tune.
Though all the tracks on this early Eastern Bloc ep, are worthy of being played even now 10 years on. It's almost hard to believe that Tribal house has been around that long, though with the continued sucess of nights at Sankey's with the likes of Greg Vickers, I don't really think it's going to go away.
