What we have here is unbelievable DEEP stuff in every sense! All ingredients for a smiley party are included: happy vocals all the way ("Peace In The Nation"), jazzy horns (sax, trumpet, etc.), rimshots, cowbells, flutes (yihaa!), basslines directly from - and to - the belly as well as distinguished piano, njammie!. This is the type of music that would even convert a die-hard death metal fan into a cheerful house music dabbler. Shaking them hips all night long and refueling [E] by fits and starts, right!

Excellent release containing songs from Atlantic Records or its sub-label Big Beat. Great package, each track on the sampler is a winner, even containing until today unreleased productions from Pal Joey (Blood) and Kerri Chandler (Third Generation). The underground hits by Rudoulpho and Tony Ransom are not well known, at least not like Michael Watford's massive classic "Holdin' On" but equally as good. Some rare and high quality vibes on this 12", keep your eyes open! Recommended!
