This double album couldn't have come at a better time during the late 90's it embodies all that is good about UK Garage / Speed Garage during that year, there were a lot of record lables putting out that sound of which DCI was no exception, however this particular treat covers many soulful trax which never saw the light of day except through the likes of 89.4 and Girls FM and other pirate stations pumping out the sexy groovy beat. I don't think there was a car in South London not bumping to the beat of this album mix.
