A1 doesn't sound like a Deep Dish remix of De'lacy. Maybe it's the Hani remix of the Track.
B1 is the Deep Dish remix of Gena Bess - How Hard I Search.

The Deep Dish's "Dished-Out Bums" project seems to be a collection of recycled remixes done by Saharam & Ali. Won't stop/A glass of Chianti = instrumental versions (or dub versions) of Gena Bess - How Hard I Search. Same thing for Unplugged (= Swing 52 - The Color Of My Skin), Laavburds (= Tina Turner - In Your Wildest Dreams)

I should add than none of these mixes is the same as any other released remixes of these tracks by Deep Dish

Judging by the styles of the remixes, I'm pretty sure D.D. stands for Deep Dish, although I can't find anything to confirm this.
