Karl O'Connor & Mick Harris / Radovan Scasascia / Roger Semsroth ‎– We Can Elude Control

We Can Elude Control is a series of thirty minute audio-visual commissions developed to create collaborative gallery performances between established electronic musicians working in partnership with visual artists and designers. This audio CD and accompanying postcard set communicate exerts from these three commissioned projects, which included a 3D audio-visual show by Karl O'Connor and Mick Harris in partnership with Joanie Lemercier. A sonic landscape survey produced by Radovan Scasasia, and live programmed by Laurent Benner and Tommi Eberwein. Then finally a hypnotic lighting installation designed by Karl Kliem and soundtracked by Roger Semsroth. These completed works were previewed in their entirety at Spike Island, Bristol, and Sassoon Gallery, London, during March 2008.
We Can Elude Control was commissioned by independent curator Paul Purgas with support from Spike Island and the Arts Council of England.
