The samples from the main track "Tering!" have been taken from tv-maker Bart de Graaf's program "Teringtubbies".
The Teringtubbies was based on a dutch kids tv-program called "The Teletubbies". Because the original Teletubbies program was for very small kids the characters, called teletubbies the characters only laughed and often said the word “ohooooooh”.
Bart de Graaf desided to make a gimmick about this program and created the Teringtubbies. He played one of the characters himself in a look-a-like studio but played it in a very funny way. He played his character as a very oversexed one, running around and raping the other teringtubbie over and over. This other teletubbie was always the bully and when raped it screamed “ohoooooh” everytime. Bart's character played was one desperately needing sex all the time while having the Gilles de la Tourette syndrome wich made him shout words and doing things in a uncontrolled way. While he was raping the other character(something he did all the time) he shouted words like pijpen, beffen, natte kut, and vuile gore stinkhoer, all samples wich can be heared in this track. The words mean “sucking dick”, “licking pussy”, “wet pussy” and “big dirty stinking whore”. As a response to his uncontrolled behaviour he always said the word “Tering” or “Tering Tyfus Tering” wich means something like God-Dam-it (what am I doing now again..).
Obviously he played a Gilles de la Tourette person wich had learned very inappropriate words.
Unfortunately, after while running. the program was forbidden when the British Broadcast Corporation (BBC) who created the original english teletubbies found out the existence of the gimmick program. The BBC sewed Bart de Graaf’s company BNN. The court judged that it was a straight copy, plagiarism. The gimmick program looked a like to much to the original and was therefore forbidden.
Bart de Graaf on his turn sewed Mokum for unauthorized use of the samples. The dutch court judged the origin of the samples were in ownership of BNN and what Mokum’s producers DJ Dano and The Prophet did was illegal use without any permission. This resulted in a prohibition of the record and it was taken of the shelves. At that time a nummerous amount of Mokum 91’s had already been distributed and sold. It is unknown how many copies have been distributed.

The nasty thing here is, Bart De Graaf stole the idea / samples from an English TV show for little children. Bart himself made a gimmick of it, so it's a little bit hypocritical that he sued the producers of this record.
This record was made illegal because of the track Tering!
This contains a voice-sample of famous tv-star Bart de Graaf. He sued the makers and the record was put out of the shops. Therefor it is a real collectors item.
