This is one of my all time top-10 techno records ever. It's totally amazing that it was released in 1991, and even more amazing is the fact it has vocals with meaning and message! Especially "Evil" is a masterpiece, it's almost industrial sound with a very sinister tone. When this record came out, George Bush Sr. was the president, and U.S. had been in war with Iraq. Today the U.S. "keeps order" in Iraq and George Bush Jr. is the man, and this record sounds as fresh and actual as ever. "Going south" is a shivering mixture of Detroit techno, old school euro/italo bassline sound and the crazy poetry of Wladimir, simply awesome!
