OK, it's well produced and it's definitely a good chill out album for the background while doing something else. But this is certainly NOT an album that takes you on a 'huge trip to an unknown universe' or whatever. I just don't understand all the fuzz and myth about this album, and the whole label as well. I got this CD for free, and concerning the silly prices nowadays, I'm glad I didn't spend a penny on it.
This is just average downtempo that reminds me of Roedelius from time to time. There's much better downtempo out there (check the whole Apollo catalogue for example) and way much cheaper.
And believe me, this album doesn't have to grow on me as I have it since it's release, it just doesn't do anything magic in my head.
