A2 and C2 are my favorite tracks on this release, it's that kind of Woody's Speedcore/hardcore/acid hardcore sound. I do appreciate the other tracks also, like the slower acid tracks. The first and last 1/3 sections of D2. Those sounds of The Warriors movie come into my mind, also Deader Than Esra and King Dead Acid from IFS 3, all of the tracks mentioned in this review of mine all make sense to me and sort of revolve around each other, i think, you can probably blend them all into a nice little set :) well BAD ACID NO SUCH THING is one of the best DBN releases that i've ever heard.

Man what a release. Woody McBride really opens up and dumps out all the tools out of his Acid bag of tricks on this one. The "Love Comes In Small Doses" track is really more than just a track though, because it is a 3 in 1. It starts off in an ambient style and becomes a completely seperate Acid Techno and Acid House track. With each ones average time being just over 5 minutes, these tracks are no "small doses". These tracks could feasibly be thrown on to a single release and stand on their own with out any of the other tracks from this double pack. But then again, that would take a lot of the fun out of this release.
All in all, this is probably DBN's most versatile, most famous, and best selling release.
Oh, and by the way this record has had a couple of black vinyl pressings, not just the one in 2005. It shouldn't be that hard to find, so go out and pick one up!

There is a short acid rif (on the order of only 8 16th note steps) in AFX's "Boxing Day" on Analord 3 that is similar to that in "Health Kick". As I was listening through DBN003 it bugged me to know where I'd heard it before.
This double 12" represents almost every possible style of acid. There's an ambient tunes, trancey ones and some
mindblowing acid-hardcore (Especially track "Ace Frehley",my all-time favorite!)
Even fans of '88 acidhouse can find something special here.. One of the best double 12" I've ever seen!
